Our story began in 1977, when our founder, while attending the University of Denver, gained hands-on experience in the commercial cleaning industry working part-time with ABM. During this time, he played a key role in setting up high-profile cleaning accounts, including the United Bank Tower in downtown Denver.

Driven by a passion for delivering exceptional service, he launched Castillo Associates shortly after college—an enterprise that would grow and evolve into The Crew Janitorial, officially incorporated in 1982. Over the decades, The Crew has become synonymous with reliability, consistency, and trust in commercial cleaning across the Denver Metro Area.
